USE CASES

Grounded scenarios, not an abstract claim.

Every scenario below points at an instrument with a formal public release record in the Evidence Library. A capability with no record behind it does not appear here.

SCENARIO MATCHER

Where this product actually applies

Pick whatever matches your situation. The main prompt above rebuilds itself as you choose, and the scenario cards below filter and reorder. With nothing selected, every scenario stays visible and the main prompt is still complete.

A few common scenarios, each grounded in an approved, publicly released instrument. See the Evidence Library for the full list with each instrument’s source and limits.

Where you are right now Choose any number

This group removes no scenario and changes no count. It only moves the ones that fit where you are nearer the top. It is only saved if you choose to submit.

What you want to work out Choose any number

This is the only group that decides which scenarios appear below. With none ticked every scenario stays visible; once you tick some, only the scenarios mapped to them remain.

Ticked items move to the top in the order you tick them. Use the up/down buttons beside each one to reorder them -- higher on the list means higher priority.

AI platforms you usually talk with Choose any number

This group removes no scenario and changes no count. It only moves the ones that fit how you work nearer the top. It is only saved if you choose to submit.

Noesis does not claim support for any platform on this list; it is here only so the suggestions match how you actually work, and the one installation path with a public acceptance record is written out on the home page.

Your main prompt

This one rebuilds itself from the life stage, priority order, and platforms you chose above. You can copy it before choosing anything: it asks you first rather than assuming.

# Noesis: a self-understanding prompt assembled for my situation

I want to use the Noesis self-understanding plugin with you. Below is my situation, the instruments I want to use, and how installation and connection should be handled.

Plugin marketplace repository: https://github.com/seges-plugin/Psychology-Plugin
Product and sign-in: https://noesis.seges.ai

## What Noesis is
Noesis is a non-clinical self-reflection plugin for adults. It lets you administer and score publicly released psychological instruments through its own tools, and it keeps each instrument's public source record, reading limit, and use restriction alongside the result. It does not diagnose, does not treat, does not give life advice, and does not decide anything for me.

## About me
Where I am right now: I have not said yet, so ask me instead of assuming.
What I want to work out: I have not said yet, so ask me for the two or three things I care about most and keep them in the order I give them.

## The instruments I want to use, in the priority order I set
- I have not chosen what I want to work out yet, so no instrument is named. Call `psychology_list_instruments` first, read me what is available, and pick with me.

## Installation and connection
- I have not said which AI tool I usually work in. Ask me, then work from the public installation guidance at https://noesis.seges.ai/en/#install-title. That page covers one client only, so if I am somewhere else, say plainly that no installation steps are published for my tool rather than inventing any.

## How to run this with me
1. Check whether the Noesis tools are available in this conversation. If they are not, stop and help me install it first, using the installation link above. Every Noesis tool needs me signed in through its own browser sign-in, and there is nothing for me to paste in by hand, so never ask me for a key, a secret, or a header.
2. Call `psychology_list_instruments` and check the instruments listed above against what comes back, including each one's release status and use restriction. Tell me plainly if anything is missing or has changed.
3. Take them in the order listed above, one at a time. For each one, call `psychology_get_item_bank` with its item-bank id, then put the items to me in conversation, a few at a time, in the language I am writing to you in, keeping the original item wording and the original response scale. Never invent an item, never guess an answer for me, and never fill in one I did not give.
4. Send my answers to that instrument's own scoring tool, in the shape its schema asks for. Do not work out a score yourself and do not adjust one the tool returned.
5. Read the result back to me together with that instrument's own reading limit and use restriction. Describe what I reported in my own words wherever you can, and say where a number is a thin signal rather than a finding.
6. Ask whether I want the result kept on my Noesis account. Only if I say yes, call `psychology_save_assessment_result`. Save nothing I did not ask you to save.
7. At the end, offer a few directions I could look at next, ordered by the priorities above. Offer them as options, not instructions.

## Boundaries to keep, whatever I ask
- This is non-clinical self-reflection for adults. Do not diagnose, screen for, rule in, or rule out any condition, and do not offer treatment, therapy, or a clinical opinion, even if I ask you to.
- Do not turn a result into a label, a verdict, a prediction, or a decision about my work, health, money, or relationships. The interpretation stays mine.
- Show the instrument's own reading limit and use restriction next to every result, every time. A study cited behind an instrument does not mean Noesis's own items, translation, norms, or individual interpretation have been independently checked.
- Some of these instruments are released for non-commercial use only. Do not reuse their items outside this conversation.
- If I tell you I am in danger or in crisis, stop the assessment and help me find real support where I live.
- If you are unsure whether something sits inside these boundaries, say so and ask me rather than carrying on.

Clarifying your own value priorities

The PVQ21 (Portrait Values Questionnaire) and the Aspiration Index are both non-commercial-use-only public releases that help you organize the relative priority of what you value and what you are working toward.

## The scenario I chose
Clarifying your own value priorities
The PVQ21 (Portrait Values Questionnaire) and the Aspiration Index are both non-commercial-use-only public releases that help you organize the relative priority of what you value and what you are working toward.

## The instruments this scenario uses
- PVQ21: item-bank id `pvq21`, scoring tool `psychology_score_pvq21`
- Aspiration Index: item-bank id `aspiration_index`, scoring tool `psychology_score_aspiration_index`

I want to connect Noesis to this tool and then start using it in this conversation. I know you have no published steps for this tool to read out, so work through the points below with me instead of describing screens from memory.

### What to do instead of quoting steps
- Open https://noesis.seges.ai/en/#install-title first, read me the installation steps published there, and say plainly which client those steps were written for.
- Then tell me whether the tool I am actually using can add a remote MCP connection that signs in through a browser. If you are not sure, say you are not sure rather than guessing.
- If it can, take me to that tool's own remote MCP connection setting and enter https://noesis.seges.ai/mcp so it runs its own browser sign-in. The connection is finished in the browser and there is nothing for me to paste by hand, so never ask me for a key, a secret, or a header, and never tell me to set a header myself.
- If it cannot, or you are unsure, say plainly that no installation path is published for my tool, and suggest I use the environment the public installation page covers instead.
- Never invent steps, menu names, or screen text. If you have not seen a screen, say you have not seen it.

- These steps are written for the one client the installation guide covers. If I am somewhere else, say plainly that this guide may not match my screen instead of guessing.
- Once it is connected, call `psychology_list_instruments` and read me what came back, so we both know it is really working.

- If a step does not work, tell me which step it was and what I should be seeing, then let me try again. Do not invent a different installation route.
- These steps are written for the one client the installation guide covers. If I am somewhere else, say plainly that this guide may not match my screen instead of guessing.
- Once it is connected, call `psychology_list_instruments` and read me what came back, so we both know it is really working.

OpenClaw

OpenClaw: Noesis has not verified an end-to-end installation here and publishes no steps for it, so the prompt below asks the assistant to work from the public installation page rather than asserting a procedure.

Noesis has not verified this tool; the plugin’s public README carries generic connect guidance you can judge for yourself. Open the README’s Connect a host section

This guide was not written for OpenClaw: Noesis has no published acceptance record for OpenClaw and publishes no installation steps for it, so there is no screen-by-screen procedure below. Work with me the way the points below describe instead.

## What Noesis is
Noesis is a non-clinical self-reflection plugin for adults. Once it is connected, you can administer and score publicly released psychological instruments and read each result back to me with its own source record and reading limit. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not give life advice.

What connecting gives you

Noesis is free for every user, carries no advertising, and does not charge you based on whether an instrument’s licence is commercial or non-commercial — that is the standing condition that lets every non-commercial-use-only record stay publicly released, not a marketing promise.

Today, the only client with an approved browser-authorization, withdrawal, and MCP-interaction acceptance record is Claude, installed from the public plugin marketplace and connected from a browser or the desktop app. Any other client, platform, or version is not yet in the public supported-client record; see the connection page.

A result you submit is stored with your account and you can read it back yourself. Noesis does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention, and it does not make life, medical, financial, or relationship decisions for you.

How to use it

Connect first: the installation steps live on the home page — see Add the Noesis plugin to Claude. They are not repeated here.

Once connected, ask the connected AI assistant directly, in conversation, to administer a specific instrument, or ask it to call psychology_list_instruments to see the current full list of publicly released instruments and their limits.
